Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should then be moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, ideal for relaxing weekends.
Storage

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with an uplifting scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky mouthfeel that softens the palette. The cocoa notes can be traced to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a good book and a warm family hug. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. 1 kg of coffee beans will stop the coffee from being too extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in your drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of off the boil water. For four minutes, simmer, plunge, and enjoy.
